O SISTEMA CONSTITUCIONAL DOS PAÍSES LUSÓFONOS

Resumo

O presente ensaio visa analisar os sistemas constitucionais dos países lusófonos (Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Guiné-Bissau, Moçambique, São Tomé e Príncipe, Portugal e Timor-Leste), a partir das categorias lançadas por Ferdinand Lassalle, Konrad Hesse e Karl Loewenstein, verificando mais a realidade jurídico-política do que o texto constitucional.

Abstract

 

This essay aims to analyze the constitutional systems of the Lusophone countries (Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, East Timor, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe and Portugal), from the categories launched by the Ferdinand Lassalle, Konrad Hesse and Karl Loewenstein, checking over the legal and political reality of the constitutional text.
