Resumo

RESUMO

 O presente trabalho tem como escopo fazer uma breve análise das medidas recentemente aplicadas pelo Governo Federal com o intuito de reduzir os encargos sociais e, em consequência, desonerar a folha de pagamento de diversos setores da economia. Entre as diversas medidas tomadas, a mais coeva delas, qual seja, a promulgação da Lei nº 12.844/2013 – oriunda da conversão da Medida Provisória nº 610/2013 –, estendeu tais benefícios fiscais, dentre outras, às empresas do ramo da construção civil, uma das mais economicamente ativas de nossa nação. Destarte, através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, descritiva e jurídico-teórica, com a análise de diversos dados técnicos, buscar-se-á comprovar o real benefício destas medidas no terreno dos fatos e, em consequência, o acerto em aplica-las também à construção civil, dentre diversos outros setores, o que certamente contribuirá para o incremento socioeconômico do país.

ABSTRACT

 This paper is scoped to make a brief analysis of the actions recently implemented by the Federal Government in order to reduce the social burden and, therefore, relieve the payroll of various sectors of the economy. Between the various steps taken, the most coeval of them, namely, the enactment of the Law No. 12.844/2013 - deriving from the conversion of the Provisional Measure No. 610/2013 - extended these tax benefits, among others, to companies in the field of construction , one of the most economically active of our nation. Thus, through a literature, descriptive and legal-theoretical research, with analysis of various technical data, will seek to demonstrate the real benefit of these actions on the ground of facts and, consequently, the accuracy in applying them also to construction, among many other sectors, which will certainly contribute to the socioeconomic development of Brazil.
